Your role

As part of the role, your responsibilities include:

• R&D process development & scale-ups for the assigned project under guidance from a senior colleague/Team lead within the pre-defined timeline.
• Searching, collecting, reading, and understanding the literature for assigned projects/activities.
• planning and execution of experimentation with documentation as per requirement (Process development, optimization, and validation).
• Impurity synthesis and characterization support.
• Interpretation of experimental as well as analytical data.
• Acquiring and compiling the data.
• Support to the manufacturing site for troubleshooting commercial products
• Support for miscellaneous activities as assigned

Training, development & rotations

They run training programs for leadership development that enhance managerial capabilities and leadership acumen. In FY21, they conducted a customized course for 50 high-performing leaders in their India operations. Additionally, monthly webinars are organized for leaders globally under the VITAMIN series. Some other key programs are:

• Management program
• First Time Manager program that covers key topics, such as communication, presentation, and time management skills
• The VITAMIN series focused on digital and analytics adoption in the pharma sector
• E-learning modules on managerial effectiveness

They also have numerous programs designed to upgrade the analytical, technical, and job function-specific skills of their employees.

Salary & benefits

The annual salary for this role can range from INR 2 to 3 LPA (source: Ambition Box). Sun Pharma provides the following benefits:
