Your role

• Batch manufacturing record, Equipment Sequential log.
• Equipment Operational and cleaning logbooks.
• Area cleaning and sanitization logbook and update related documents
• And to sign as a checker/verifier in the following documents

•  Any other documents are required to perform the clean area activity.
• Perform the cleaning and sanitization activity as per SOP.
• To ensure line clearance and cleaning of the machine before startup of the operation & to operate the machine as per SOP by observing the cGMPs.
• To operate the vial/Ampoule/Plastic bottle/cartridge filling machine, autoclave loading/unloading as per batch filling plan concerning SOP.
• To fill and complete documentation (BMR, logbook) regularly and timely.
• To intimate the production officer of any break down in the machine or change in condition affecting clean area conditions in the area. (E.g. failure of LAFs, intervention in any machines, spillages, or breakages)
• To undergo training for any change in practice/modification/qualification activity/changes in the equipment preparation area.
• To carry out the production and storage of the product according to the appropriate documentation in a portion of the desired quality.
• Responsible to transfer the primary packing material i.e. Plastic bottle, PFS, ready to use solution to the aseptic area.
•  To undergo functional training, cGMP training or any other training identified as per schedule.
•  Any other responsibility assigned by the department head after ensuring the relevant training status.
