Your role

• To follow the Current Good Manufacturing Practices and all the relevant SOPs.                                                                        
• To follow the gowning procedure as per the respective SOP and maintain good personal hygiene.  
• To Operate Coating & Printing machines which include Ganscoater, and Tamprint 60.
• To follow the instructions as per approved instructions mentioned in MI.
• To follow the laid down safety precautions.
• To perform area cleaning, sanitization, and other duties assigned by the section head

Training, development & rotations

They run training programs for leadership development that enhance managerial capabilities and leadership acumen. In FY21, they conducted a customized course for 50 high-performing leaders in their India operations. Additionally, monthly webinars are organized for leaders globally under the VITAMIN series. Some other key programs are:

• McKinsey management program
• First Time Manager program that covers key topics, such as communication, presentation, and time management skills

Compensation & benefits
