Your role

In this role you will:

• Testing of samples as per assigned areas and as per approved test procedures
• Analyze the water samples for chemical analysis.
• Recording the analytical data in raw data sheet/protocol.
• Recording of instruments and standards used in the respective log books/registers.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards in the QC laboratory & sampling Area.
• Identify & report Deviation and OOS.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy and adequacy of the analysis performed.
• Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and reagents.
• Handling sophisticated QC instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, etc.
• Operate the instruments and software associated with testing.
• Ensure the working area is kept clean.
• Follow the EHS policy, and laboratory standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with GMP requirements.

Training, development & rotations

They run training programs for leadership development that enhance managerial capabilities and leadership acumen. In FY21, they conducted a customized course for 50 high-performing leaders in their India operations. Additionally, monthly webinars are organized for leaders globally under the VITAMIN series. Some other key programs are:

• McKinsey management program
• First Time Manager program that covers key topics, such as communication, presentation, and time management skills
• The VITAMIN series focused on digital and analytics adoption in the pharma sector
• E-learning modules on managerial effectiveness
