Your role

Responsibilities:

• Review of KYC/AML/CFT Policies and procedures,
• KYC: CIP -Customer on-boarding including Re-KYC tracking & Beneficial Ownership Declaration tracking and coordinating with Branches to ensure updation of the KYC (as per policy)
• Transaction activity monitoring, document reviews, coordination with branches, STR reporting, and filing. Sanction Screening & whitelisting
• Risk-Based Approach (RBA) KYC / AML Supervision for NBFCs – quarterly data submission to RBI.
• KYC/ AML/ CFT Training – Training during the Induction programme and on regular frequency for all employees across regions.
• MIS – Weekly/Monthly report to the Management

• Ability to speak Hindi and another south Indian language (other than Tamil)
