Assist in building out business model, working with functions in determining functional targets, performing rigorous analysis on initiatives, and reporting to senior stakeholders
Work with functional teams in articulating strategy and vision for relevant stakeholders
Ownership and responsibility of gathering market intelligence to drive best-in-class business processes along with functional leaders
Ability to scope ambiguous problems, structure them and see them through execution
Work with functional teams in identifying new initiatives and focus areas keeping in mind the organizational goals
Assist in data-driven decision making by running pilots and studying
Communicating with senior stakeholders including functional heads and CXOs on progress and analytical insights
Desired Candidate-
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical degree
Chartered Accountants with prior experience in diligence processes will also be considered
1-3 years experience preferably in a consulting or analytics environment
Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders
