Your role

As part of the Solutions Group at Synopsys India Pvt. Ltd., you'll be at the forefront of addressing the critical need for high-speed data transfer. Given the stringent sub-micron limitations in fabrication and Datapath convergence, there is always room for innovation and improvement in achieving successful data transfer with the required baud rate.

High-speed serial links are essential for efficient inter- and intra-chip communication, as well as peripheral connections. The team is dedicated to advancing their consumer and enterprise products to meet both protocol and industry standards.

In this role, you will work alongside experts in design, verification, validation, and packaging, contributing to cutting-edge projects. They are seeking individuals who are passionate about high-speed data solutions and possess strong fundamentals across functional design and verification.

About you

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria requirements:

• Should be a graduate or post graduate, in their practice school or internship phases.
• Candidates from Electrical Electronics Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunication Engineering branches or any VLSI and Microelectronics related.
• Candidate should have strong digital and analog fundamentals. Should be capable of designing finite state machines for complex arithmetic and logic operations.
• Candidate should have the ability to translate algorithmic flowcharts to pseudo-code.
• Exposure to functional verification is an added advantage, it will be even beneficial if they have methodological understanding viz. UVM, OVM, VMM.
• Knowledge of HDL’s preferably Verilog and system Verilog is a must.
• Fundamentals of protocols (PCIe, IEEE802.3) at the theoretical level is a very good skill.
• Good Aptitude and problem solvability are a must.
• Candidates who have the attitude for continual-improvement and enthusiasm to learn.
