Your role

Navi Technologies Private Limited provides software solutions. The Company offers technology platforms and data analytics to simplify loan application processes and tailor loan terms to individuals and micro, small, and medium enterprises. Navi Technologies serves customers in India.

Job Summary:

• In-person field visits to customer locations-interacting with and gathering relevant information.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly planned visits targets
• Filling detailed feedback on customer interaction, tracing & capturing accurate addresses
• Responsibly driving interaction & representing the company as the first touch-point- adhering to defined dress-code

• Good communication skills, familiarity with English/Hindi and local regional language

• Basic knowledge of Google Forms, Sheets, MS Excel
• Determination to meet targets, self-driven & bias toward action
• 12th pass or above.

Requirements:

• Open to travel within the city on any working day
• Preferable to have 2 wheeler
• The candidate must have a smartphone for viewing case allocation & uploading feedback
• Working 6 days a week
