Your role

The responsibilities are to perform the following under the guidance/direction of the Supervisor/Manager:

• To help the Supervisor / Manager with the disbursement of Loans with minimum delinquency.
• With help of the Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business.
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate them as per the organization's norms.
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and following the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organization requirements.
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross-sell multiple products, under the guidance of the Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of the Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendors and develop relationships with them.
• With help of the Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance with all Audit / RBI regulations.
