Your role

Role:

• Identify business challenges and initiate process improvement.
• Ability to own projects and work independently once given a direction.
• Inquisitive and has great problem-solving skills.
• key role in the business vertical to monitor revenue flow.
• Process improvisation to ensure high productivity.
• Communicate ideas and expectations between different verticals.

Responsibilities: 

• Support sales team members with the development, implementation, and maintenance of
• operational reports and dashboards — ensuring reports are accurate, up-to-date, and can be
• analyzed to reveal critical insights applicable to strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain daily, Weekly, and Monthly teams' targets and ensure the integrity of reported numbers.
• Independently determine the appropriate approach for new assignments
• Provide support for ad hoc data requests from the Operations and Business team and Management
• Work independently in a complex, challenging, accentuated environment and work with diverse teams, able to influence and build professional relationships.
• Working directly with business teams to build reports, dashboards, and models and solve business questions with data.
• Deploying team based on category requirement.
• Maintaining daily MOM (Minutes of Meeting)  and doing proper follow-ups.
