Your role

• Organise & execute end-to-end events (Offline Seminars for Students)
• Assist in all aspects of planning events, event coordination, and execution
• Promote the events offline amongst local students 
• Coordinate with the external/internal stakeholders
• Handle end-to-end BTL Ma activities by distributing  offline pamphlets, posters & banners for event promotion 
• Tie-up with  schools, colleges and libraries  for conducting offline events
• Travel would be an essential part of this job. Travelling to schools, colleges, and local areas & overseeing them would be required.
