Your role

As an intern, your responsibilities include the following:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, including troubleshooting technical issues, updating course materials, and ensuring all content is up-to-date and accessible to students.
• Serve as the first point of contact for student queries, providing timely and accurate responses to non-academic questions.
• Collaborate with instructors to schedule live sessions and ensure they run smoothly.
• Monitor student progress and engagement within the LMS, providing regular updates to instructors and management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to LMS operations.
