Your Role

• Implements plans to achieve monthly expenses (HLP & R&M) set by the Deputy Chief Engineer/Chief Engineer.
• Implements capex, renovation, and improvement plans as allocated by the Deputy Chief Engineer/Chief Engineer.
• Prepares the BOQ/ tender documents and comparative statements for various engineering jobs in consultation with the Deputy Chief Engineer.
• Recommends cost-effective solutions for the resolution of perennial issues. 
• Recommends new energy-efficient products for implementation in consultation with the Deputy Chief Engineer. Monitors the performance of existing equipment and escalates any deviations to the Deputy Chief Engineer.
• Manages and allocates resources to optimize cost in line with targets and conduct periodic reviews.
• Maintains good relationships with the vendors and actively involves them in new product development and quality assurance.
