Your Role

  • Responsible for pre-joining formalities, documentation for onboarding, ID cards, bank account formalities,  and employee code generation.
  • Manage employee life cycle documentation, probation appraisals, attendance, payroll, and exit formalities.
  • Taking care of the communication with internal customers from HR and related initiatives like employee townhall
  • Manage welfare and benefits administration. coordinate for locker management and cafeteria management.
  • Statutory documentation, timely submissions, and contractual compliance coordination as per the process. 
  • Drive employee engagement and Reward and recognition activities as per schedule. 
  • Collation of miscellaneous MIS.

About You

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and Hospitality experience preferred.
  • MBA shall be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
