The Store Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the Qmin Café, ensuring compliance with company standards in all café operations, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
Assists in the management of day-to-day operations by managing labour, counting inventory and supplies, and developing the café team
Analyzes sales, labour, inventory, and controllable continually, and takes corrective action to meet or achieve daily or weekly margin and sales growth targets
Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis
Supervises others efficiently and coordinates their work
Assists in the management of day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food and supplies, and developing the café team
Ensures health and safety compliances, and company safety and security policies are met
