Your role

As part of the role, your responsibilities include,

• Gathers information to break news and write stories.
• Writes stories with accuracy and speed and in accordance with their principles and operating standards.
• Builds and maintains a set of contacts to break news.
• Builds expertise and knowledge to broaden and deepen coverage.
• Understands the new needs of their business and the competitive environment through client interaction.
• Embraces the principle of telling stories using the most appropriate media available.
• May operate as a team leader under a manager's supervision.
• May file directly to clients.
