Your role

As a Finance Ops Associate, your role is to,

  • Identify problem areas in processes and resolve them with management input for process improvements.
  • Use of AR/AP system to resolve all issues.
  • Be responsible for journal processing, account reconciliation, and month & year-end accounting cycles.
  • Identify problems and resolve customer queries & complaints.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide information & support to team leader.
