Job Description

• Work closely with the business unit to create new or improved business processes/systems.
• Elicit business processes, capabilities, requirements and other information.
• Participate in key leadership meetings and provide updates.
• Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as information flow.
• Present findings and solutions to the business unit and facilitate the agreement for solution selection and implementation.
• Work with various groups to implement solutions that are in line with strategic goals and that specifically improve workflow.
• Coordinate the testing and validation efforts to ensure process/system changes will integrate effectively into the overall business process.
• Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
• Disseminate relevant project information and gather user feedback.
