Your Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field/B.E/B.Tech
- Tech Skills: Selenium + Java
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
- Motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess customer-centric, problem-solving skills.
- Have good experience in automation and monitoring tools.
- Ability to identify and implement solutions based on product features and recommend best practices based on data analysis.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage work.
- Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written), and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player in a technology-driven environment.
- Hands-on scripting knowledge like shell scripts, Perl, python.
- Basic knowledge of cloud services, SaaS models, client-server systems.
Knowledge on
- Advance working knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
- SQL and database query and procedures.
- iCloud platforms – AWS, Azure, and related container platforms Docker, Kubernetes.
- incident management tools like Jira.
