Your role

Upstox is seeking a highly motivated intern to join their team and assist with their CRM (customer relationship management) efforts.

• The intern will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer information in their CRM system, as well as assisting with the development and execution of customer engagement and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintained and update customer information in their CRM system.
• Assist with the development and execution of customer engagement and retention strategies.
• Help with data analysis and reporting on customer interactions and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
• Any other duties as assigned
