Under minimal supervision perform tasks supporting one or more verticals/functions and provide high-quality administrative assistance. Identify discuss and initiate new processes in consultation with team leads.

Administrative Tasks
- Provide business support to one or more vertical/functions or provide professional and confidential administrative assistance to the Leadership.
- Coordinate with different teams and support Account/function/leadership in process changes or new process/policy rollout
- Collect and analyze information on specific business problems and as directed by the manager
- Prepare and Publish MIS reports
- Perform any other duties or tasks consistent with the level and position and as directed by the manager.
- The incumbent has no supervisory responsibilities
- Must be able to travel to other centers if required on official duties
Administrative Assistance To Leadership
- Coordinate / manage business travel conference/meeting bookings and accommodation for the Leadership
- Compile itineraries for corporate travel including the preparation of agendas/briefing documents and background research required for meetings and appointments
