Outcomes
Take ideas and concepts and visualize them in such a way that they are communicated effectively and compellingly for internal leaders partners and customers
Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite the complexity of the system
Directly responsible for delivering User Experience visions UI specifications wireframes and visual designs for projects.
Function as part of a cross-functional design team and employ a user-centric design methodology to develop new and derivative user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate effectively with other designers' UI Architect Product management and development team.
Assists lead to mentor and support team
Works on moderately complex projects/tasks.
Assists collaboration with business development research and prototyping and product management to define the next generations of business concepts and solutions
Collects reviews and may assist in refining client requirements.
Communicate analysis recommendations and potential design solutions verbally and through documentation to the project team.
Assists team to stay on top of new trends in usability.
Assist in researching best practices in Web Desktop and Mobile application design.
Assists team in adhering to standards and processes.
Assists team to collect UX metrics to measure and track the impact of design changes on user experience.
