Your role

•  Familiar with ticketing tool i.e., Service Now
• Windows/MAC Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to be self-motivated and accountable in a fast-paced, independent environment
• Ability to think creatively as well as methodically regarding technical issues
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work both independently as well as with a team

About you

• Knowledge of CUCM, CUC, CUBE/SBC, and Expressways.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Poly, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Biamp, and other VC-related hardware and signal flow
• Should have knowledge of SIP/H323/MGCP/SCCP/PRI protocol
• Certifications in CCNA, CCNP voice, ITIL
