Your role

Role Proficiency:

Provide day-to-day support to Business Units' resource/talent management needs. Partner with offshore/onshore teams on sourcing execution working under general supervision.

Outcomes:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the resource/talent management team and partner with them to ensure data accuracy is maintained.
  • Assist in sourcing and scheduling of candidates - Validate staffing requests/job orders partner with the BU Liaison with Business Units for outside hiring and coordinates candidate discussions with account teams
  • Meet department Service Level Agreements for job order management
  • Perform various administrative tasks in the Talent Availability Assurance function
  • Be available to handle queries from employees
  • Ensure process compliance
  • Maintain records and reports

  • Accuracy and correctness
  • Meeting of timelines for the talent availability assurance process
  • Multi-tasking ability based on efficiency in the given assignment
  • Proactive implementation and execution of given tasks

Outputs Expected:

Business Support:

  • Partner with offshore/onshore teams on sourcing execution
  • Validate staffing requests/job orders and take necessary action in the system
  • Support RMG POCs in identifying ideal candidates for the open requirements
  • Update RMG and HR systems and be ready to perform Data entry work as required
  • Ensure process compliance and data accuracy for assigned areas
  • Maintain and Update System Records/Data promptly
  • Maintain MIS Reports and timely reporting
  • Proactive execution of given tasks and ensuring process compliance
  • Works under the supervision of a Senior RMG POC and provides required operational Support
  • Provide timely input to the MIS team and Senior RMG POC
  • Meeting of timelines for the talent availability assurance process
