The WW Sales Management Support is part of the WW Sales Strategy and Acceleration team. This team enables Sales & WWSSA Ops teams to deliver on transformative outcomes by supporting them through best-in-class operational execution.

We are looking for Analyst II in our Order Reassignments team, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders’ requests & expectations when it comes to Bookings Order adjustments and Territory reassignments.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

Within 30 days of employment, you will be able to understand the VMware Operational standard procedures, team ongoing projects and initiatives and get familiar with all lines of business supported by WWSMS. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting Bookings Order Adjustments, Territory Reassignments, and maintaining standard templates and trackers for each. You will be working closely with the Business Owner, Sales, Sales Operations, and other supporting teams.

Within 90 days of employment, you would have completed the classroom training for your day-to-day job. A buddy will be assigned to you to support you through your learning and guide you to learn different tools and execute different tasks/adjustments on the Bookings system.

Within 180 days of employment, you will be able to work independently to create new in terms of handling the assigned deliverables and participate in internal team meetings and propose solutions in terms of optimization of process and policy defined.

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing regularly?

  • Performing Bookings Order Adjustments and Territory Re-assignments.
  • Ensuring to Maintain and update Process trackers and metrics.
  • Handling issues/escalations independently.
  • Handling priorities/escalations without dependency.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams for resolving issues.
  • Involve in simple & medium transactional processing activities.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and detailed responses to both internal and external customer inquiries. Escalate to management as appropriate.
  • Stakeholder connect - On transactional/case /issue basis.
