Your role 

• Scale up with the business, technical and process knowledge required to deliver excellence to our sales teams and stakeholders, right from solution conception to bid-managing contracts through to completion and activation.
• Effectively collaborate with the AMER Professional Services teams, building proposals and contractual documents on Implementation/Managed Services and Project/Engagement Management.

Responsibilities:

• Draft consulting services proposals and Statement of Work (SOWs) based on scoping documents and as per drafting guidelines and company policy.
• Deliver support with creating pricing estimates for consulting services in the pricing tool.
• Draft Project Change Requests as per the policy
• Facilitate the SOW approval process in the CRM tool and follow up with approvers.
• Participating in deal review calls for large complex / high-risk deals and revising SOWs as required.
• Work with regional business leaders and legal for non-standard terms & conditions on SOW and facilitate approvals.
