Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
- Within 60 days of employment build and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external partners including our M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) partners, third-party resellers, and external fulfillment vendor
- Within 3 to 6 months of employment, you will be expected to represent Prod ops calls and participate in NPI and NSI testing
- Within 12 Months, you will be expected to Business process SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all fulfillment offerings to execute and manage all types of fulfillment for global customers, maintain SLA and adhere to compliance guidelines and requirements including revenue recognition and SOX guidelines
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing regularly?
As a new member of the Global Fulfillment team you will be responsible for:
- Business process SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all fulfillment offerings
- Execute and manage all types of fulfillments for global customers, maintaining SLA and adhering to compliance guidelines and requirements including revenue recognition and SOX guidelines
- Handle any daily operational issues and drive for improvement
- Represent the business unit in cross-functional meetings including QBR (Quarterly Business Review), any launch-related meetings, and project UAT. Drive any project-based task requiring physical order fulfillment
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external partners including our M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) partners, third-party resellers, and external fulfillment vendors
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to arrange promotional materials for our annual marketing event and any marketing events that require physical inventory fulfillment
- Engage with multi-functional teams for end-to-end subscription fulfillment execution and remediation activities
- Manage all quarter-end-related activities including readiness control tasks and reporting
- Assist in documenting processes and procedures and the creation of reports and presentations
- Define best practices to ensure business continuity and audit compliance
- Provide thought leadership and drive process improvement for the group
- Provide mentorship to new or junior team members
- Support all SaaS provisioning-related tasks
- Support on quarter-end and business continuity activities
- Deliver on ad hoc assignments as business required
