This engineering role is part of the joint project between “Modern Application and Management Business Group” and “Cloud Infrastructure Business Group”, where we are building the industry-first Multi-Cloud application migration and management product. This product will help customers in their Multi-Cloud journey for Application migration and optimization. You get to work with a very talented team of peers on networking and security domain, distributed systems, ML/AI, REST API, and enterprise workflow/security integrations that will demonstrate open-source innovations.
We are transforming management and operations for the Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC). We are instrumental in removing the barriers to SDDC adoption by providing converged openness, and contextual analytics across virtual and physical to provide relevant insights and analytics for better collaboration. This platform helps IT organizations plan, operate, visualize, analyze, and fix their complex software-defined data center environments. We have won a lot of industry awards including Gartner cool vendor and best for VMworld. Our team is building a large-scale distributed real-time operations and analytics platform for next-generation data centers with enterprise-grade reliability. We are involved in every aspect of the product development process, from early feature concept design, product development to testing and validation at customer sites. vRealize Network Insight team came to VMware as an acquisition and it grew organically from a few engineers to 100+ engineering teams. It’s a fast-paced and innovative environment where the team works with the founder and co-founder to accomplish the overall vision. The team is built on trust and empathy, and we celebrate each other’s successes. vRNI is headed by Shiv Agarwal, who is the Vice President and GM of the group based out of the U.S. The leadership of vRNI reporting to Shiv is based out of India and U.S. As part of this role, you will be joining the India team, which is headed by Faizan Raza in Bangalore and Gaurav Sharma in Pune India. The leadership encourages independent thinking and gives a free hand to innovate.
The team is distributed across the globe, in India and U.S. We have a diverse, inclusive, and open culture in the team. We encourage continuous learning, sharing of ideas and thoughts, and growing together as a team. The team consists of engineers, architects, UX designers, and product managers, with experience ranging from less than a year to more than 20 years.
