Roles and responsibilities

Right now we are looking for a Business Analyst, for one of our teams working with optimizing our dealer and customer experiences.

This is how you could make an impact

• You will work with all levels across Volvo Group and forge meaningful business relationships
• You will drive digitization and automation for the Retail APAC portfolio and enhance the overall process.
• You will be working hands-on on the runtime support.
• You will coordinate and lead the performance & execution of our critical retail applications both in-house and outsourced operations.
• You will be implementing the quality and continuous improvement framework for the processes based on Agile & Lean methodologies for our APAC portfolio.
• You will manage critical issues (or ensure they get optimally managed). Key focus areas include proactive case avoidance, process simplification, Cycle time, and Quality goal attainment.
• You will provide leadership for planning, developing, and implementing ad hoc request execution from customers.
• You will work on the Oracle Netsuite Dealer Management system to support our business and users in Asia.
• You'll provide task and project updates with concise meaningful communications via presentations and email
• You will understand the business context and provide solutions and a proactive approach to solutions to the stakeholders
• You will oversee the implementation of quality-related initiatives, and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall business objectives

You are self-motivated, creative, and a team player. You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to tell a story with data. You are strong at building relationships and leading others. With effective time-management, critical thinking skills, and prioritizing work assignments you can lead multiple priorities, make decisions and meet deadlines with minimal direction. You are a strong communicator that can efficiently resolve conflicts.

• You are a Self-Starter with a positive “can-do” attitude
• You are comfortable making timely decisions in relatively complex circumstances with uncertainty or pressure
• You have a good technology quotient of upcoming & existing technology practices like – Robotics, Automation, Data visualization, Analytics, and COTS applications (Understanding of numbers and ability to provide data-based insights)
• You have good knowledge of application management and finance.
