Position Description

  • Skilled in the development of mechatronics components on powertrain & system engineering
  • Component Engineering: proven experience from most of the relevant processes & tools in New Product Development like PLM, Change Requests, CAD design (creo, CATIA), Tolerance Stack-up
  • Proven experience in Verification & Validation methodology e.g. Virtual analysis, testing, RCA, FMEA, materials analysis, and structure analysis.
  • Lead global cross-functional component development work with operations, aftermarket, suppliers, purchasing, and other engineering functions
  • Knowledgeable in the area of starter motors, alternators, sensors & actuators materials technology, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Knowledge of development and verification associated with automotive mechatronics components – working experience on multi-disciplinary tools with the Model-Based Approach (can include LAB View, Matlab/Simulink, knowledge of building control systems, etc.)
  • Experience of working in the Agile methods will be preferred
