Your role

As a People & Culture Analyst your responsibilities:

• Handling Projects for HR operation area
• Preparing Attrition reports
• Employee hiring on SAP & ESSIN
• Data Management of Employees on SAP & ESSIN
• Employees exit formalities Administration
• Managing employee rewards Administration (ex. Long service etc )
• Maintaining monthly muster reports for statutory compliance & Prepare compliance reports
• Preparing overtime report form 9
• Preparation of Monthly input to payroll
• Providing Sarojini Mahishi report every quarter
• Group Medical Insurance Administration
• Managing employee queries in the HR operations area

Training, development & rotations
