The PSC – Solution Analyst will be part of the Purchasing Support Centre (PSC) India team and will directly report to the PSC Manager.

We are looking for a PSC – Solution Analyst. The candidate we are looking for is a Leader and a true team player who can easily and in a clear way communicate with stakeholders on all levels, including challenging ways of working to find more efficient solutions.

Mission

  • To support the Purchasing Support centre team in developing, managing & continuously enhancing applications and tools to support the transformation journey.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reports, procedures and routines securing data quality and usage of the Data Warehouse solution.
  • Proactively propose reports or tools adaptation to match the current and future business needs to maximize Purchasing benefits.
  • Specify, develop, maintain, communicate and promote the implementation of standardized end-user reports supporting purchasing decision making
  • Reduce duplication of data and data sources
  • Specify functional demands and improvement needs with Process & IT.
  • Coordinate application enhancements together with Volvo IT and end-users.
  • Develop self-service information access
  • Ensure the creation and the flexibility of specific business tools
  • Spread the right knowledge around reports and tools and train people.
  • Propose continuous improvement actions to increase efficiency.
  • To Train and manage competence within the team with low code or no code developers

Competence & Experience

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Connect with Global xFTs.
  • University degree in Computer Engineering and/or BCA
  • Must have an expert level in MS office and Sound knowledge of office 365 tools.
  • Excel Macros(VBA), Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, R
  • Experience in any Business Intelligence Tools is an added advantage.
