Your role

In this position, the qualified individual will be responsible to:

• Create outline, and author responses to create a compelling story for the sections related to standard company information.
• Co-ordinate with multiple teams to source and consolidate relevant information pertaining to project pursuits.
• Assist the Pursuit Manager in developing and managing opportunity pursuit plans, response structure, schedules, and milestones.
• Maintain a compliance matrix against the RFI/PQQ/RFP requirements.
• Manage proposal documents and the flow of information to and from proposal participants, including managing the CRM site, and monitoring document version control.
• Set up meetings for proposal draft reviews.
• Create a knowledge repository, reusable artifacts and maintain it for the latest and greatest data.
• Formate and package the final response document for submission.

About you

Qualifications:

• A BA/BS degree with a specialization in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Communications is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Must have or be able to develop proficiency in InDesign software.  Graphic skills are a plus.
• Should be an expert in drafting sections like resumes, project team performance, and value which requires creative writing.
