Your role

In this role, you will:

• Lead and participate in a variety of complex job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization within Development Programs.
• Identify and research job assignments for classroom training and operational assignments that require research and evaluation.
• Present recommendations for improvements on Development Programs while developing an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Determine requirements for each activity.
• Make recommendations to optimize programs accordingly while identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, program leaders, and program participants.
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment.
