Your role

As an AV Engineer Intern, you will be part of the dynamic team, contributing to the operational support and maintenance of audio-visual (AV) equipment. Your role will involve troubleshooting, configuration, and ensuring seamless communication through video conferencing systems. Do note that this is a full-time internship.

Roles and responsibilities

• Documentation related to audiovisual (AV) inventory, stock reports, and handover/takeover counts using Gdoc.
• Conducting building walkthroughs, addressing break-fix issues, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with other teams.
• Responsible for monitoring and updating the ticketing system under the supervision and guidance of a senior engineer.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all audiovisual (AV) and network infrastructure matters in the South India region.
• The senior engineer will provide comprehensive training on the existing infrastructure tools that they utilize within the organization.

About you

They are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about learning new technologies, implementing new monitoring systems, and automating day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of video conferencing infrastructure and protocols, including WebRTC, signalling, H.323, TCP, UDP, and RTP.

Experience and qualifications

• A Bachelors or Diploma degree. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possesses organizational and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic and empathy.
