The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining standards for ICT infrastructure technology systems working with the SMEs in the team and will play a crucial role in working with cross-functional teams like the projects team & client solution team enabling efficient communication and data management across the organization.
Roles and responsibilities
Assist in the standardization of the products for the ICT systems, including networks, servers, Security systems, AV devices and telecommunication systems.
Perform audits for the ongoing & completed projects and provide a report.
Collaborate with senior team members on ICT projects and initiatives.
Document ICT procedures and processes.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in ICT.
Independently work on bringing new technology and performing POCs.
Manage and oversee ICT projects from conception to completion.
About you
Experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in network infrastructure, server architecture and telecommunication systems.
Familiarity with specific software/hardware, e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Linux is a plus.
Knowledge of scripting and basic coding.
Knowledge of Cloud technologies and virtualizations.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Any relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
