Job Description

• To Support Reconciliation team
• Manage team handle escalations
• Ensure all SLA Met tasks delivered and queries handled
• Responsible to investigate and follow up with relevant teams for resolution
• Prepare MI report once reconciliation is complete
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree preferably in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Finance.
• Good understanding of Fixed Income/Equity and Derivative Instruments
• Keeping the customer at the heart of what we do
• Being aware of Technology changes and improvements
• Take responsibility for own tasks

Desired candidates profile

• Good Understanding of Trade life cycle
• Good understanding of the Asset Management domain
• Good, analytical and communication skills Should be hands-on in using MS Office applications, e.g. MS Excel, and Word
