Calling Specialists are responsible for communicating with clients on special projects.
They must possess a very high degree of Customer Service skills and must have an urgency to ensure the Client's objectives are met. They should be very effective communicators.
Make and receive calls related to special clients and projects.
Have a good understanding of the process objectives and be able to communicate effectively with the clients to achieve them.
Job Shift: Night
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International (Voice) Process.
Note
This position is open only for male candidates willing to work Night shifts.
Candidates who have appeared for our Voice process in the last 3 months are not eligible for this opening.
Candidates with a notice period greater than 45 days (non-negotiable), please do not apply.
Candidates with only Domestic Call Center experience are ineligible for this profile.
