Your role

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft content for the client's marketing materials including but not limited to blogs, social media posts, flyers, web pages, etc.
• Draft scripts for videos.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designers to create social media posts and get them approved by Management and/or Compliance Review team.
• Publish/Schedule posts on social media pages.
• Review the comments and messages received on social media and customer review sites (Birdeye, Zillow, Google Reviews). Coordinate with teams to determine the response to be provided. Respond to the comments and messages.

Training, development & rotations

All the employees that join the company are put through a Common Induction Program which lasts for 3-5 days. The new employee is introduced to the company, the core members of the organization, the Organization’s work culture and ethics, the Corporate Mission, its achievements, and future goals. The employees also undergo intensive training in the US Mortgage Industry to learn concepts they would use daily. The employees also acquire hands-on experience working on the ERP systems of the organization and the performance management systems that would track their achievements through their tenure of employment. These training programs include:

Work-life balance

Work days are usually from Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings). Employees are allowed to avail of Flexible work hours which can start 4.5 hours before or after their regular shift timings once a month. This allows employees the flexibility to come in late to work or leave early before or after weekends or scheduled leaves.
