Your role

• Analyze and assess vulnerabilities in the infrastructure (software, hardware, networks).
• Investigate available tools and countermeasures to remedy the detected vulnerabilities and recommend solutions and best practices.
• Protect the system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
• Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits of networks/servers.
• Upgrade the system by implementing and maintaining security controls.
• Create, test, and implement network disaster recovery plans.
• Install, configure, monitor, and respond to the security system.
• Define the IT Security Policies/Frame Works and best practices.
• Test for compliance with security policies and procedures.

Training, development & rotations

All the employees that join the company are put through a Common Induction Program which lasts for 3-5 days. The new employee is introduced to the company, the core members of the organization, the Organization’s work culture and ethics, the Corporate Mission, its achievements, and future goals. The employees also undergo intensive training in the US Mortgage Industry to learn concepts they would use daily. The employees also acquire hands-on experience working on the ERP systems of the organization and the performance management systems that would track their achievements through their tenure of employment. These training programs include:

Work-life balance

Work days are usually from Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings). Employees are allowed to avail of Flexible work hours which can start 4.5 hours before or after their regular shift timings once a month.
