Key Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for day-to-day IT operations -System uptime, operational maintenance, Operational support, OS installation.
• Responsible for Monthly based maintenance activities like OS patch management etc.
• Responsible for maintenance of application servers like Tomcat, Web servers, LAMP servers.MySQL servers, squid, storage servers, backup servers.
• Responsible for managing clients' websites including right from purchasing the domain, hosting website, and maintaining website security.
• Application release on staging as well as the production environment.
• Research and analysis on vulnerability reported by the Information security team and provide the mitigation.
• Research and analysis of reported problems and issues and provide the best possible solutions.
• Plan and implement new technologies and major releases for IT infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for managing clients existing and new projects
• Coordination with the Development and Quality control team and other corporate IT teams.
• Provide technical support to the Client.
• Responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure in OCI and AWS.
• Responsible for monitoring the application server through Nagios.
