Responsibilities

• To fetch data from various sources and using MS Excel clean, format, slice and dice, prepare charts and update PPT with same.
• Operation Analyst / Infrastructure Quality Executive.

Requirements

• Good in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint (should have used in their day-to-day job).
• Basic formulas – If, Vlookup (simple and complex) conditional formatting, identifying duplicates, removing duplicates, formatting data in required templates etc.
• Pivot, Tables, Slicers, Charts, Summarization of data using above.
• Basic features to prepare the review deck with for customer presentations.
• Charts, Tables, formatting, SmartArt, etc.
• Basics understanding or working with BI tools.
• Basics of data analysis -data cleaning, slice, and dice of the data (Not data science).
• Awareness of ITIL terminology / process / What is ticket? Incident / Problem / Service Request / Change Requests.
