Your role

Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
• Monitor and reconcile financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with financial laws and standards.
• Implement and monitor risk management protocols to minimize operational and financial risks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the operations workflow.
• Collaborate with the technology team to implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks.

About you

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in fintech operations or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and financial compliance.
