We at Z1 Media are looking to hire an Associate Product Manager to direct product development and ensure a high ROI.
You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Leads a capability or product area.
- Owns full product cycle, including feature updates, GTM efforts, and user optimization KPIs
- Mentors junior team members.
- Contributes to product group strategy and plan development.
- Defines road map for product scope that aligns with company strategy.
- Evaluates and synthesizes customer and market data impact on product area strategy, supported with a variety of analyses.
- Contributes to key components of revenue forecast, translates forecast assumptions into executable plans
- Identifies and documents cross-functional dependencies for strategy achievement.
- Proactively collects and identifies competitive and market information relevant for adjusting strategy within a product area.
- Partners closely with an engineering tech lead acting as a unified leadership team
- Monitors internal and customer-related questions, issues, and feedback recommending targeted communication or taking action as appropriate
Requirements
- Entails 1-3 years of product experience (where the majority is in a consumer Internet, ad-tech, software product, online advertising, or e-commerce company)
- Knowledge in data-driven products and identity solutions is preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science & Engineering.
- Preferred - MBA - not mandatory
- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and give insights on industry trends
- Capable to meet the pace of rapidly growing company size and business targets through prioritization and radical thinking
