Your role

What is the job like?

• The facility Executive will supervise all breakdown calls in coordination with the multi-skilled technicians across all shifts.
• Supervise minor maintenance work with technicians and ensure on time
• Completion Supervise HVAC system in coordination with the building management for floors & critical areas
• Take daily briefing of Security and House Keeping staff 
• Maintaining log books & PPM reports
• Ensure upkeep of facilities at all times and ensure adherence to the PPM Plan
• Liasioning with the building management for day-to-day related tasks 
• Support facility team as per requirement and business needs.
