Your role

Job description

As a Human Resources intern, you will spend your time working on key HR projects and initiatives across the BU and get exposed to the various HR functions and processes. You will own and drive projects across the BU. Work assignments will be exciting, challenging, and with a steep learning curve.

Responsibilities for an HR intern

• Support the team to update and track internal databases.
• Take ownership of preparing HR-related letters and reports, driving surveys, and running analyses.
• Address employee queries promptly.
• Actively be involved in gathering employee-related information as well as assisting in documentation.
• Assist in planning and execution of BU-wise engagement initiatives.
