Your role

As a Technical Support Associate, you will be:

• Asset Management – Perfect expertise in maintaining IT assets through the complete life cycle (Forecasting, vendor verification, negotiation, purchase, commissioning, inventory management, repairing, replacing, and decommissioning/disposal). Ultimately striving for maximum level of service in the most cost-effective manner.
• Effective in asset tool management e.g., Service Now preferred.
• Expertise in all IT Hardware management (inventory for Laptops, Mobile devices, iPads, data center equipment’s servers, routers, and switches )
• Expertise in strong Excel skills, MS Word, IT asset management tools, and Project Management
• Internal and external IT inventory audit experience.
• Take care of asset management for remote global offices.
• Operational experience in challenging environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL process for asset decommissioning.
• The basic idea of the ticketing tool – ServiceNow would be added advantages
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Installing and supporting printers, VC equipment, zoom equipment
• Effective management of relationships with external partners ensuring continued service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Flexible with work timings and shifts. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work from the office is mandatory.
