Your role

What will you do:

• Creation of Purchase Orders
• Review vendor quotes and work with Admin department on the same
• Receipt and verification of vendor and other bills
• Recording of vendor bills and updating of payments in the accounting system on a day-to-day basis.
• Reconciling vendor accounts periodically
• Comparison and analysis of periodic Expenses
• Preparing various MIS reports related to AP
• Other such incidental and ancillary tasks

About you

You are best equipped for this task if you own the qualifications below:

• Post-graduate in Finance, Accounting, or other similar streams ((minimum first division in Graduation/ Post Graduation Level from a reputed institute within India). Industrial training during the study period would be an added advantage and such candidates shall be preferred for this role.
• MS Office:- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word
• Decent analytical skills
