Your role

Become is looking for a Business Design Research Intern who is a non-conformist, who believes in interdisciplinary frameworks & is passionate about fusing business strategy and design thinking. You will study markets, draw insights, translate them into business decisions, produce impact, and forge new methodologies to improve the organization’s systems and thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Connect the design insights to business frameworks and collaborate with different teams to build systems to incorporate, inform, and improve research-led processes
• Perform qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research to validate the implementation of insights and their success in meeting the solution
• Create approaches and tools to support cross-disciplinary collaboration in the organization
• Constantly engage in producing research outputs in terms of industry reports, white papers, and articles

Salary & benefits

You’ll be compensated between INR 10k - 15k per month, for a minimum period of 3 months, based on the expertise showcased in the interview process.

About you

• A final or pre-final year student from Business/Economics/Design/Humanities/related fields
• Curiosity & hunger for knowledge and perspectives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Affinity with quantitative and qualitative research tools
• Eye for detail and Storytelling ability
• Independent thinker and a strong team player
