Your role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment across the circle.
• Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned with organizational priorities, while ensuring systematic, ethical, and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed.
• Primary focus on closing mandates & building pipelines through various sources for current and future requirements.
• Partnering with the business (hiring managers & skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement & share market insights.
• Driving internal mobility through Internal Job Postings.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience all through the hiring process.
• Driving various strategic projects/programs for organization-wide impact.
